Returns and refunds will be processed only for items sold and shipped by The-Geyser.com.

Items must be accompanied by original invoice or invoice number.

You may return new, unopened items sold and shipped by The-Geyser.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, not including shipping fees.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

• Defective items and items damaged in transit can be returned to us and we will replace them at our expense.

Items shipped in error by The-Geyser.com will be fully refunded including the return shipping costs.
