AI Survey — Careful Use and Some Ambivalence

Last week, I sent a survey about use of AI in our work, thinking that I’d hear a fair amount of concerns and complaints. There are definitely some of those, but overall people are liking what AI is doing for them. Here are the results from 95 responses, and the comments. Overall, it’s being used narrowly and selectively, and with more than a little ambivalence to downright refusal.
