ASAPBio keeps spitting into the wind. Even after publishing a paper in PLOS Biology that had obvious data problems (now corrected) and — worse — major conceptual confounders that obliterated their hypothesis, they persist in attempting to justify their mission to promote preprints as fodder for open science.
