More Woes for Wiley — and Us

Another Wiley journal implodes because of the strategic problems OA introduces, and the blame game begins.

To add to their problems — a stock in “a downward channel pattern,” an OA brand in the trash, and a CEO sent packing — now Wiley has been hit with editors resigning en masse from the Journal of Economic Surveys, a highly selective (acceptance rate, 13%) journal founded in 1987 with a 2022 IF of 5.3.
